Shipping:

All of the pieces in the shop are handmade and some are made to order. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. Once your package is shipped, Lace & Pearls Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. 

Lace & Pearls Jewelry currently only ships to the US and Canada. 

Returns:

All sales are final. If for some reason your item is defective or damaged, an exchange will be made for the same item within 30 days of receipt. To request an exchange, email laceandpearlsjewelry@gmail.com for return instructions.

Cancellations: 

Lace & Pearls Jewelry cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted.
